update_neighbor: some new ccs are found having bottom

Cause

• a few noises recognized as bottom,
  
• they exist in ho area, i.e., not contained by any CC
  

Solution

• in btm_indexed_by_container(), remove noise btm, and redo cc_analysis for btm.
