detach: when to calc bottom CC-ownership?

bottom ownership can be calced by line-equation

1. in mi_btm, select the point at median_a of a bottom, get line-equation of it
2. in mi_cc, get all points on the line, find the radially closest point to the median_a btm point, the "cc" is the owner.
