Final: right way of folder structure

Problem

1. for each subprocess, the cpd_load contains different content, and the cellarray size is different for each process. 
2. loading process is always non-linear and requires specific loading folders.
   

Solution

1. if the all folders stay ordered in the cpd_load, then when trying to load stuff, we can trace back to the previous stage and in each folder, there are only updated FOVs.
